TO: 2009 Exhibitors - The Duluth Kennel Club welcomes you to our first 4 Day Show!!
There is going to be AMPLE parking at the DECC for our event this year!
· On Saturday and Sunday - all cars should find a spot in the DECC ramp conveniently attached to the show site. There are 60 Handicapped Auto spots in the ramp on all days. DECC attendants will be assisting exhibitors to parking areas.
· On Thursday and Friday there will be open spaces in the ramp and flat parking. If the DECC parking lot is full cars will be directed by DECC personnel to playfront parking Lot’s A, B, and C.
· These lots are well within walking distance but the DECC will have a shuttle that will be making constant loops to unloading door A. Dogs are welcome on the shuttle - just not on the seats.
· Attendants with walkie talkies will be directing cars to available parking all 4 days. They have been doing this for several months with no complaints and are good at it.
· Handicapped RV Parking: There will be a very small number of RV parking near the building for HANDICAPPED RV's with Handicapped plates or tags. Because this space is limited, each RV will be limited to 2 (TWO) spaces wide. This will limit the use of slide outs and awnings.. If you qualify for handicapped RV parking Please notify Joan Eastman 218 391-9974 ASAP to get on the list. Electricity will be limited and not guaranteed. Plan to use your generator. You need to plan to come Wednesday night to get these spots. THESE SPOTS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AFTER WEDNESDAY
· Regular RV Parking: There are about 80 RV parking spots in LOT B - Electricity will be LIMITED - about 15 spots on a first come basis. Plan to use your generator. The lot is gravel but located right on the lakewalk near playfront right across the street from the show site. You can walk or take the shuttle.
